TERMS OF SERVICE – Submission of a request for evidence of insurance is not evidence of insurance. Documentation of coverage will be sent via email to the address you provided for the policy limits that are currently in force. Requesting proof for coverage not currently in force could require a policy change, or even a new policy, and approval or additional premium. An Agent will contact you should a change be necessary.
Policy Change requests submitted through this portal do not guarantee coverage has been changed or is in force. All coverage changes must be confirmed by a licensed agent.
